   I just want to say a huge thank you to South Yorkshire Money, especially Danny and Melissa, for all the support they gave me with my transfer of equity and re-mortgage. What felt like such a stressful and complicated process at the start was made so much easier thanks to their help and support. Danny was amazing from day one always friendly, patient, and happy to explain everything in a way I could understand. They kept me updated throughout, answered all my questions, and really went the extra mile to make sure everything went through smoothly.    I have used Alan and the team a few times now (and most recently compared them against another company my partner had previously used) and at every turn they surprise me. The service they offer is not only great from a customer service point of view with them being very attentive and replying quickly (which I found great when dealing with the stress of buying a house) but also offering superior products and finding a suitable product for us that other brokers were unable to do! I would never go anywhere else for a consult now and would recommend to anyone I know (and have) for them to use Alan!    After being told we weren’t eligible for a mortgage due to some defaults a few years ago by Haysto an alleged Bad credit mortgage specialist we had all but given up! However we then spoke to David Fearn at SY money and he really went above and beyond to secure a mortgage for us as first time buyers. We were told by Haysto we would need at least 25% deposit and interest would be between 6-7% but David secured a 90%LTV mortgage at a much lower rate. The process was really simple and David kept us in the loop throughout the process and recommended an excellent solicitors Elliott Mather who were also amazing! If we hadn’t of spoken to David we would still be renting! Thanks again David

   My Husband and I have recently used South Yorkshire Money. We highly recommend this company. Our mortgage Broker was Billy Cooper, and what a god send he was! He was brilliant in every way. He is very professional and looked after us , we was definitely in good hands. If it wasnt for billy we wouldnt have achieved our goal. Its not often you can put 100% trust into services but this company is definitely worth using. So looked after and great customer service. Its very rare you get such honest Authentic service these days. Amy cory was also fantasic our protection adviser, again fab customer service and looked after. A big thankyou and will always use south Yorkshire money.

   Well on finding a new home which we desperately wanted, the challenge was to find a way to buy it in the quickest time frame making sure we didn't miss out on our dream home. After filling in a random form on the internet we were pointed towards South Yorkshire Money and Alan Braithwaite. The advise he gave was instrumental in us achieving the purchase of our home. It was far from straightforward process as we were doing the buy to let option but he came up trumps for us. Super quick in his replies to our questions(even replied whilst on a family vacation) which was just brilliant. I have no hesitation in recommending Alan and the company South Yorkshire Money.    I would highly recommend Alan Braithwaite and the team at South Yorkshire Money after my recent experience organising a bridging loan to secure a property purchase for a quick turnaround. Alan was very patient and answered my numerous questions promptly and efficiently.
