1. WE BOOST ★★☆☆☆

   I was a member for nearly 2 years, obviously the gym is very small best way to describe it is a room (at the time it was the only option in prescot) I think the gym lacks equipment and the machines it does have are very outdated also some machines have been broken for last year. (In all fairness it is a small space) Only reason I left was over last couple months there has been a massive increase in young teenagers in large groups, hogging equipment and being offensive to other members in the gym. Also the price of gym memberships is way to high especially for such a small gym.

   Good use of equipment for such a small space, but seems to constantly be crowded with teenagers. A lot of lads sat on equipment they aren’t using, sat on top of the dumbells so you can’t get to them and benches just texting in big groups. I normally go to the culture park even though Prescot is closer to me due to this issue, which is a shame. Decided to give it one last today and it was just the same lads crowding round equipment

   Only use for the gym, which is quite good if not a bit pricey for how much is on offer. It's a small gym so there's not loads of equipment, enough to do the basics but not much else. Staff are always very friendly. **UPDATE* The gym here is becoming an annoyance. If you're unable to go in the mornings, it has become a somewhat obnoxious experience. There's constantly young teenagers in the gym, hoarding and hogging equipment, messing around on machines, using machines and equipment dangerously, with no staff to be seen. There's a male member of staff who often appears to chat with groups of them, however he encourages them to do what they're doing. I still come to the gym as there's very limited options in Prescot, but seriously recommend avoiding evenings here.

   Had to come here because my usual one in Huyton is closed for a refurbishment. Basic weights and machines here. Smaller than Huyton so expect it to be very busy at times but today there was only a small number of us here. Volair membership accepted for members of other clubs. Good location to major bus routes. Has a large car park. Not many seats for people who just want to sit and wait for people.

   I've been a member at volair for a few months now and I have used the prescot gym a good few times. Honestly If you goal is weight loss and cardio the prescot one will work nice for you as it offers a range of cardio equipment such as rowing machines, stepmasters, treadmills and exercise bikes. But as a bodybuilder this gym is very beginner level the gym is very compact and there's not a huge range or machines also the dumbells only go up to 30kg and machines such as the incline press and leg press are very low weight. For the price starting at just £26 I belive a month If your beginner and it's convenient for you and you live nearby you can't complain. I would love to see some new equipment or a extension onto this gym however.

   Every pitch has holes in the ground which quite a few players have twisted the ankles and nets have holes in which makes the ball end up on top of the net after some bad shots.

   Been playing on here for a while now. Indoor facilities are clean. Plenty of pitches available but the wear and tear on them is becoming an issue. Someone is going to get hurt. Also had to change pitches recently because the lights weren't working.
