After an appointment about tax as completely new to self employment a number of months went by. I then emailed to ask for a quick free appointment as it had been so long she happily agreed, I asked a few questions. They lady got offended by me asking what can you offer me that HMRC won't by using your services, which anyone should ask in any given sales situation when you're going to potentially pay for someone's services. She then changed instantly, snapped and said HMRC won't help you and marched me out the door with no manners. Poor customer service.
