   Worst robbing bank ever. Their new machines took my cash and didn't credit my account. Advisor said 8 had to wait 6 weeks till they check machine and then would phone me never phoned never got my money back.

   After being given the runaround by their call centre, I visited the branch for help in relation to some transaction issues. A staff member called Carol dealt with me. All she did was call their call centre and put me on the phone to them for them to deal with! I asked them to call me the following day to discuss in depth as I had popped in on my lunch. Carol was unhelpful, unempathetic and uncaring. No idea whatsoever what good looks like in relation to customer experience. They did not call me back the following day either! Ridiculously poor on every level.

   Covid being used as an excuse cant get through on the phone dont know if the bank is open cant get hold of anyone. The world runs on finance right? International banking company? I can still walk in to my local shop and get anything I want but I cant get hold of anyone to provide service from HSBC. The world doesnt need money then.....? What a joke. When bombs were falling in WW2 you could still get good service... A cold in 2020 and HSBC an international banking organisation heads for the bunker leaving people without even a tissue.

   I would like to say thank you so much for Chole Taylor at this Rotherham hsbc branch. Chole Taylor is friendly and very helpful and has done a very good service for us. We have been to the branch 3 times for open a saving account,personal loan,money transfer. People have not much English and computer blind like us need such a friendly and helpful service provided.Well done Taylor. Mr Yuen from Hong Kong.

   Called in branch today to show identification for a ppi refund to be met by a very unfriendly, unhelpful lady who looked down her nose at us. I asked to see the manager who had to come out and help us with something she should have helped us with.
