I used this firm several years ago when I was a sole trader and found them very helpful, but sadly the quality has gone downhill. I signed up again when I started a new company, and it’s been very frustrating. Constant mistakes that I’ve had to spot and correct myself, nearly impossible to get hold of anyone consistently. Every time you speak to someone different, and they never seem to have any background on your situation, so you’re left repeating yourself. Be very careful before signing up. You get locked into a 24-month contract, and there’s a fee leave early. Definitely not the same service it once was, I wouldn’t recommend them anymore.

I have been using RR accountants for the last 3 years for my payroll and company tax returns. I have to say the level of service which I have been getting is 5 star. I have been dealing with Mahmood, Rasheed and Nisar but I believe Nisar has left the business but when ever I call my query is answered or I get an appointment to see the accountants face to face and if they are busy I always get a call back. Good firm to look after your accounts.
