   Very easy 5* review. I predominantly liaised with John at the start. We had a few video calls so that he could get a full picture of my accounts and he was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and contactable when needed and has been able to provide helpful information, explain options and give fantastic guidance. My accounts are mainly handled by Ricky now and my experiences are unchanged. Ricky is great and I'm pleased that he is my point of contact. I appreciate the help and hard work!

   John and his team have been providing all aspects of the accountancy for my business since 2018 and I have nothing but praise for them all. The support I had throughout the pandemic regarding government grants / furlough etc was excellent. Being a Care Home, it was quite different from most businesses, but John’s expertise made the process as straightforward as it could have been. Thank you to the whole team, nothing is ever too much trouble and I value the support you provide.

   John Brotherton has been my accountant since I started working independently in 2012 - at the time I contacted a few accountants and chose John because I felt that he was honest and trustworthy and genuinely interested in my business. My views about John haven't changed. I totally trust him. I find John and Ricky very approachable and reliable. They are available to answer any queries that I have. They produce accurate accounts for me each year. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my accounts now!
