   In my opinion, the service I received from BK Plus fell short of expectations, especially considering the fees charged. Communication was inconsistent, and I often had to follow up for updates. I was also disappointed with their invoicing procedures, which did not, in my view, provide the level of detail needed for proper record keeping. I had to request clarification multiple times, which made the process more time-consuming than it should have been. What I found most frustrating was the lack of willingness to take ownership of the issues I raised. Rather than acknowledging the difficulties, the focus remained on requesting payment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.
