   Lovely friendly staff who were so helpful, pool was reasonably warm and the swim session we went to on a Saturday was public but it wasn't mad busy so we had a good swim. The lifeguards were vigilant and very nice too. A great leasure centre to take the kids (or to escape them) for a nice swim.

   This place has changed a lot since my last visit and all for the better. Gym floor is bigger and much brighter than the broom cupboard it used to be. Only criticism is how small the changing area is in the shower area. Once you have two people in a third has no room to move.

   Been going for a few weeks now, staff a really helpful and friendly. Went there this week and left a pair of expensive ear buds in the changing room by accident while a group of Mold Alun students were there, they actually handed them over to reception for me collect. I can only commend these young people for their honesty and integrity. Thanks guys, so grateful.

   Helen is a fantastic pilates instructor,however if she is unable to take the pilates class the instructor we had today is great. She made sure we were all warmed up,she was inclusive with everyone asked about limitations etc., and she visited each person directing and checking the moves,she also praised members she thought were doing especially well. Although there was no music I felt that this enabled us to hear her better. Helen has a voice that Carrie's well,whereas this lady was quieter so again moving around the class was beneficial to all. We completed short tasks that were counted down and at the end of class did a short cool down. Thank you.

   My daughter had an unexpected one to one swimming lesson with an instructor I'd not seen before steph My little girl is only 5 but was greated and talked to as an adult (not talked down to) all through the lesson she kept it engaging and fun the progress and confidence My daughter made in that one lesson alone was amazing. The pool is a good size but the shallower end is still 1meater deep with only a small set of steps entering the water that is normally on the colder side but nothing to bad once your in. The changing facilities are mixed with plenty of smaller changing rooms some are family size with there own showers ideal for wheel chairs. There are also lockers that take £1 coins, a metal trolley token also works.
