   Dan has been incredible! Getting to the finish line of getting my mortgage application accepted has been such a pain and I'd probably say impossible if Dan wasn't there to help out. He's always quick to respond, helpful and forthcoming with any information that appears. I'd 110% recommend to anyone trying to get a mortgage, especially as a first time buyer.    I had the pleasure of working with Dan recently as my mortgage advisor, and I can't say enough good things about him. From start to finish, Dan was knowledgeable, responsive and incredibly helpful throughout the entire mortgage process. One of the things that stood out to me the most about Dan was his attention to detail. He took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand, and he never hesitated to answer any questions I had along the way. He was patient and thorough, making sure that I felt completely comfortable with every decision we made, pointing us in the direction of reputable solicitors, competitively priced insurers and most importantly actively looking for better mortgage deals, even after an initial product was secured (~£100 saved monthly for the next 5 years thanks to this!!) Dan was also very responsive and always available when I needed him. Whether I had a question or concern, he was quick to respond and always made me feel like a top priority. His level of dedication and commitment to his clients is truly remarkable. I can't recommend Dan enough. After dealing with 2 other mortgage advisors prior to this, both of which let us down in numerous ways, I was delighted to find an advisor who had our backs from start to finish.    Dan first phoned me in November 2021 and, as a first-time buyer, I had very little knowledge. Between then and May 2022, Dan would explain the whole process to me in a way that I understood, sometimes being on the phone to me for over 90 minutes if I needed it! Dan then handled all the steps between getting a mortgage in principle in May 2022 to completing the house purchase in November 2022. Nothing was ever too much for Dan, he just always made sure that myself and my partner understood what was happening - he always made us feel so secure in our choices. I couldn't recommend him enough, and would definitely give him more stars if I could!!!

   Absolutely outstanding. Dan helped me no end through a rather bumpy house purchase and was fantastic throughout. Always professional and always had--or made--time to explain things thoroughly and clearly. Managed to get me excellent rates, by working well into the evening to avoid a rate hike the following day, a top tier effort. A good deal of the stress was removed from the process too as Dan would assist in chasing solicitors or agents. I honestly could not recommend Dan highly enough. I will most certainly be using his services again and recommending him to others also.

   When I start my home buying journey as a FTB I wasn't sure if I need help with my mortgage at first. I did my research, I contacted my bank and few financial brokers but they didn't provide information or answers for my questions. Then I contacted Dan McGregor. It was the best decision I made! Dan got me a better deal than my bank was offering, he was always there to help me through the process, if I had any questions or just to provide an update. Dan is exceptional, he is friendly, honest and has a great deal knowledge in his work field. Thank you so much Dan, I appreciated all your hard work. It wasn't easy and it was long, but you help me to get there. I will look forward to speak to you again when my current mortgage deal comes to the end ! Highly recommended !
