The customer service is very bad while me and friends enquired about perfumes the staffs mocked at us and even the team leader did the same. The customer service is very poor and no return back to here. We came to purchase and because of this weird behaviour of the staff we couldn’t buy any.

Didn’t get the right about of change. She said the total was £15 so I paid £20 and she game me £5 pound back but when I looked at receipt on way home i checked and the total was £11.50. And I should have had £8.50 change. How hard is it when the til does all the work for you!!!
Nobody serving, wanted make up advice to no avail came out with nothing.

The pharmacy is great compared to the independent pharmacy I've just left. Called a few days in advance to order a specific brand on my repeat, called back to say they'd rang all suppliers and couldn't get my brand ordered due to a supplier issue. Offered an alternative that I accepted. Great to see Boots going above and beyond and keeping the customer informed!
Although the prices at boots can be higher than most other shops selling similar products I do like the interdental products and own brand sun creams
I've had really good experience at this store, the lovely Karen has always attended to my needs and helped no matter what the issue. At chrias I had an issue with an electric toothbrush where I had ordered the wrong one, so I ordered another 1 to return the first, for some reason there was a bit of a problem trying to do this but calling the boots helpline, that's when Karen stepped in and resolved the issue for me, She's went above and beyond and that's the kind of service that you remember. All the staff at boots are wonderful I always enjoy shopping here, wether it's for medicine and vitamins, make up, electric products or gifts.
