My experience with Evolution Funding has been of mixed feelings. The vehicle dealership I bought my new vehicle from uses this broker, so I decided to let the dealership, who were supplying my new car, sort the finance arrangement for me. Evolution funding has access to a whole host of funders, including the household names, ensuring the best agreements can be had for customers. However, the three stars for this review stem from the hassle I experienced with the unreliable portal for e-signing docs and having to manually sign documents and send them through via e-mail. I had to do this three times, as there was more information required than I had signed with each time, having completed the agreements for the customer service representative telling me that they will not need more information from me to process it. Also, trying to log in to the portal with the PIN was frustrating; I had to call the company each time I tried to sign in. They need to improve their online system; apparently it was trouble with the funders as opposed to Evolution Funding, so I do not want to pin all of the blame on them; however, I also experienced issues with Evolution's portal as explained. On the other hand, an area where the company excels is in how fast they are in getting back to your emails/calls, etc. I never waited over four minutes to speak with an employee when calling. The timeframe in which they got my finances sorted, irrespective of the frustration of the agreement process, was impressive! Overall, I am in two minds whether I will use Evolution Funding again. Yes, my finance was sorted for me within four days when needed; however, the difficulty I experienced with getting it complete was not something which I enjoyed. I must have rung the company 15 times over the four days, if not more. Anyway, I am now enjoying my new vehicle, and Evolution Funding have got their commission, so all is good!
I would strongly advise avoiding My Car Credit / Evolution Funding. At the start, they offered me a very attractive APR of 9 percent. Once I found a car, they suddenly claimed the lender wouldn’t finance it because they “don’t pay VAT”, which already raised questions. When I found another suitable car, they sold me a warranty upfront, which I paid for in good faith. They then sent the invoice to their finance company and kept me waiting for three days with no update. When I finally called this morning, all I was told was, “I’m afraid we can’t go ahead with your application at this time.” No explanation, no email, no courtesy message, and no advice on what to do next. Just a dead end. Despite having an excellent credit score, they ran my application through multiple lenders without informing me. I now have five hard searches on my credit file, all because they kept trying different companies behind the scenes. Those searches sit on your record and reduce your chances of getting finance elsewhere. For a £20,000 car, their commission would have been around £2,500, with £500 of that going to ClearScore for the referral. It now feels like these brokers lure you in with a low APR, run multiple hard searches without consent, and leave you worse off when everything collapses on their side. I’ve decided to wait until March for the searches to cool down and then take out a personal loan and buy the car directly. Far simpler. Overall, the experience was stressful, unclear, and honestly quite disappointing. Avoid this company.

I am disappointed in the service i received from Evolution as they failed to support me when i had an issue with the purchase of the car,. i was also not cleared about their role. my advise for customers is, do not take anything for granted when you are dealing with big companies. you will be lucky if things goes well as planned otherwise they are not there to support you
My experience working with Evolution funding company was awesome. In spite of are few days it takes for my finance to have sorted out properly. I know Evolution. had my interest in mind, and as a result everything ended smoothly.
Had finance managed with evolution, I did have a few issues that were quickly resolved by Caroline, these issues are the reason for the 4 star review. If I could give 5 stars for Caroline I would so thank you for everything.
