   ⭐ **1 STAR – WARNING: Avoid this company at all costs** I am leaving this review as a **serious warning to anyone considering Dr Flatpack**. My experience with this company was extremely unprofessional, misleading, and stressful, and I would strongly advise others to **look elsewhere**. Last month, an assembler (Kyle) attended and said the wardrobe was too large for the space. I accepted this explanation and reordered a smaller wardrobe. **No assembly work was carried out**, yet I was still **pressured to pay £50**. I only paid to avoid escalation and treated it as a misunderstanding, even though it felt unfair. Despite this, I **was still willing to give them another chance**. I rebooked for **6th January 2026**, which **Mike, the owner**, initially agreed to. I explained the wardrobe would be delivered **in the afternoon**, but as soon as this was mentioned, his attitude changed. He became rude, defensive, and suddenly claimed they "do not do same-day assembly when wardrobes are delivered". What makes this even more concerning is that **the previous month they had no issue with a same-day afternoon timeslot**. Their rules appear to change at will, making it impossible for any customer to know what to expect. From there, the communication was contradictory and inconsistent. I was told they don’t do afternoon slots, then told the booking would have been fine if I “called on the day,” despite earlier being told categorically that they would not attend. Taken together, this is **misleading, hypocritical, and completely unprofessional**. When I raised concerns, Mike attempted to guilt-trip and intimidate me via WhatsApp, making personal attacks, claiming I was letting my ego control me, and warning of “legal consequences” if I left a review. Shortly after, he blocked me entirely, preventing any communication instead of addressing legitimate concerns. Anyone considering this company should be aware that they **pressure customers for money even when no work is done, refuse to provide written policies, constantly change rules and attempt to intimidate customers, this company is completely unreliable and untrustworthy.**. This experience was stressful, frustrating, and disappointing. I will **never use this company again** and would **strongly advise anyone reading this review to avoid them entirely**.

   I contacted Mike for some outdoor furniture that I required to be built. Communication was seamless and somebody was sent out to me within a couple of days to complete the job. Kyle was fantastic. He was so quick and efficient. Was so pleased. Will definitely be using again!!

   Kyle came yesterday to help with installing a study table, books rack , a wardrobe, and mounting a TV on the wall. He was extremely polite, professional, and clearly very skilled at what he does. Everything was done perfectly and with great attention to detail. I really appreciated his positive attitude and respectfulness — highly recommend him and the company!

   Excellent job with was reasonable priced. Very accommodating, as my request was for a 'same-day' assembly of a pair of display units. Kyle represented the company on the day - came as arranged through Mike. He was very respectful & diligent. Great work done in an hour or so. Happily recommend this company - 10 out of 10!

   10/10 absolutely amazing guys, went way over and beyond what I expected. Kyle got my job done when in all honesty I had no hope I would find someone so last minute and someone that would genuinely help out. I recently did all of my home up and this was the only time that I genuinely found someone that took care in their work. Would use them again without any questions. My family and I are so glad we found them! Keep up the good work guys! Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Kyle came down to do my job and I have to say he did a fantastic job. Very professional. Kind and very friendly. Very experienced and and cant knock any part of his work. I'm generally very picky but couldnt pick out any faults. 100% happy customer. will be using these guys again. Dont think twice about using Dr flatpack you will not be dissappointed. I had a sofa bed, double sliding door cupboard, single cupboard with draws and a storage double bed not forgetting that he mounted the TV on my chimney breast. Great work guys. Keep it up.
