From first contact to final settlement was a much shorter process than I expected, and I was delighted with the result. Although a 35% fee may seem rather hefty, I think they deserved it for the speed, efficiency and friendliness of the service. I would add that I did a background check before making contact, but I’m happy to say this is not a scam!
I was given frequent updates on the progress of my claim and found the whole process trouble-free. Yes, there's a significsnt fee to pay for the service but worth it for someone who doesn't want to lift a finger to further a claim for compensation. In my case, if I hadn't seen this company's advert I would have been totally ignorant of my right to claim!

I contacted this company nearly 4 years ago regarding a FSAVC claim. The service was excellent. They dealt with, probably one of the worst financial institutions in existence, who business was taken over some time ago. The company ignored all the HMRC guidance regarding compensation and the claim was taken to the Financial Conduct Authority. They, somewhat frustratingly, took 3 years to uphold the complaint. At several stages during this time I was ready to give up but support from It IS Your Money kept me going. The communication during the process was excellent and all their hard work work paid off. The resulting compensation was well worth the wait. I cannot thank them enough. I would wholeheartedly recommend them if you feel you have a claim.
