   Paid £140 for a guy to come late (after the 5 hour time slot) and to only be here for 5mins. He did no investigating and everything I said over the phone before booking was what I said to him. He said he will get a new motor and I gave him the model number for the hood extractor fan. As soon as he went in his car I get an email saying we can’t fix this. Therefore my money is gone. Really frustrating because before I paid and before I booked an engineer I said on the phone I’ll need a new motor for it so they could have told me we can’t find a motor for this specific fan and no point paying us as you’ll be wasting your money and that you’ll need a kitchen fitter. This company is just money grabbing and is a scam.

   The so called Appliances Engineer, He cannot find the real issues, only charge callout charges and after that runaway he did not tall us what is the issue with fridge just told us I will back with the part and now long time gone not answering the phone calls even please don't go there for waist your time and money

   Called up the engineer who was in Solihull, near me. The man looked at my hotpoint oven for about an hour trying to get it sorted, which he luckily did. It needed a new part to the oven but he said he had one with him so he fitted it there and then. Great value for money, it was 10x cheaper than buying a new one from currys like my hubby wanted to!

   I have had this company out previously to look at my Indesit washing machine. I found them again as i just searched on the Google for fridge repairs near me. My Samsung american type fridge freezer went bonkers and i was quite worried about having someone out to my house due to coronavirus, however the engineer assured me that he would be completing a risk assessment and would be wearing a mask and gloves which reassured me. He repaired my fridge freezer in no time it was perfect!
