Ripoff. Was assigned a job NAC, who knew that the oven was a Rangemaster and what the fault was. Arrived, stood in the kitchen for 5 mins without doing anything and just explained it’s not something he can fix and I would need to contact another engineer. Proceeded to charge me £85 for doing so and providing a number for another engineer. Absolute joke, would avoid.
