Tim Hammond, I had a very disappointing experience with this accountant. After providing sensitive and confidential financial information, I received little to no communication in return. Emails went unanswered, and phone calls were ignored, leaving me completely in the dark about the status of my accounts. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable — especially when dealing with confidential financial matters. I expected a basic level of professionalism and accountability, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable or trustworthy financial support.
