   A really excellent service and highly recommended. Fast reply to my initial emailed contact form (within hours) and the engineer came out the very next morning. Phoned ahead with an arrival time, fixed the problem quickly - I had thought that parts needed replacing on my seven year old Neff washer/drier but this was not necessary and the engineer showed me exactly what the problem was. Very reasonable call out fee - this was all I was charged for the repair. Why can’t all service engineers be this efficient, responsive and professional! The company was recommended to me by a neighbour and I will have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends. A huge thank you to Steven!

   Contacted the team via the mobile, regarding a spin issue with my Beko. They said they could come round later same day but they where open and honest and said it could be expensive so best to wait for waranty work to be done. (2weeks).    My partner was really impressed with the service from Steven. He was very prompt in looking at a washing machine and said it needed replacement (the washing machine was over 10 years old). I believe the issue was reported on Monday and removal of old washing machine and fit and supply of new machine was carried out on Thursday.

   Called just after Christmas I called SD Appliances to fix a washing machine that had suddenly stopped functioning properly. Steven inspected the machine, found the fault, but the cost of parts and labour would be foolish for an old machine. Steven located a new machine at a good price and installed it before the New Year holiday... he charged reasonable installation and disposal charges and did not charge for the original call out. One very happy customer.

Although they were unable to fix the fault I was impressed by their professional behaviour and I would have no hesitation in using SD Appliance Repairs again.
