   Awful customer service - AVOID. Booked an oven clean via Coventry & Warwick Oven cleaning which is just a front end to this company to make them seem local. Oven clean was ok but not great but no care taken by operative to put sheets down or protect surfaces. Had to clear up oily grease that had run down into units under oven. Wooden worktop damaged in 2 places from leaving degreaser soaked clothes on the surface. Would of refused to pay if i had noticed it before i had paid. Tried to contact via phone but no one answers. Contacted via Facebook messenger and was told manager would take a look at photos of damage. Chased 3 times and now being ignored, been a week. Absolutely no customer service and impossible to get hold of. Now have the hassle and cost of trying to repair my worktops. Stay well clear!

   Very unprofessional company. Happy to take your money but when there is a problem its like getting blood out of stone. No accountability or responsibility. Very rude customer services. Would NEVER use this company again.

   AVOID! Absolutely shocking customer service. Very unprofessional 'engineers' with a bad attitude. Didn't clean oven fully, missed many areas. When I called to complain that it wasn't done to a satisfactory standard, the very obnoxious/arrogant person on the phone didn't want to know. Please AVOID!

   AVOID AVOID AVOID - Wish i read reviews on the company first but lesson learnt! Booked oven clean & minor repair by this company and booked a day off work. They cancelled it too late for me to cancel my day off so i lost that. We re-booked and i unfortunately contracted Covid the Saturday before they were due on the Monday. I advised them and asked to reschedule, they told me that as i had not cancelled the the Thursday night the engineer would still be attending. Now bear in mind i have NEVER used them before and don't know them from Adam, they advised me to stay upstairs and let the engineer crack on, unsupervised in my home whilst I'm ill, in bed.....i apologised for not letting them know in advance that i was going to get Covid, how the hell would I know this, and that i was NOT about to let a total stranger roam free in my home whilst i am incapacitated!! They then said as i had not given them enough notice to cancel i would still be charged!! I asked them to re-imburse me for my lost holiday thanks to them!! I have now blocked them and reviewing them EVERYWHERE I CAN so that no one else has to deal with their unprofessional money grabbing attitude. You've been warned ⚠️

   DO NOT use UK CLean & Repair from Redditch. Not recommended, extremely poor service and customer care. They were extremely abusive on telephone. They have issued several customers county court judgements check Facebook page for simply being late for an appointment ( 10 minutes) or if they cancelled due to illness.

   I called this company for a top and bottom oven clean ….. the oven cleaner turned up and within 15 minutes the smoke alarms went off I rushed into the kitchen to see the the oven cleaner clutching a piece of my oven trying to blow out a fire ( see photo ) black smoke quickly filled my house . I said what as happened? He said He must of left hob on when he was cleaning … no apology offered …. I said finish off and leave , he finished and he said I need the money for cleaning now , I said not until your company pays for repair of my cooker , he said my boss won’t be happy , so I called him but a very obnoxious woman answered, again still no apology offered so I messaged the manager he replied by saying unless the outstanding amount is paid I would be in breach of contract still no apology…. So after several more messages to each other he confirmed and promised if I paid the bill in full he would send replacement part, that as been well over a month now ….. this company is awful , unprofessional and very rude and have no respect for property or the fact that you are a customer……strongly advised not to use

   Matt has just left after professionally cleaning our double oven, the work was carried out at a very high standard. As well as making the ovens extremely clean, in fact it looks like new again. The service provided was exactly as was stated when I made the original request via Facebook, Matt was running early and text to see if it was convenient if he arrived early. We will certainly be using this business again and I highly recommend anyone to use this service.
