PPW with Rick is my favourite part, we get to meet so many casting directors, associates, directors and actors and perform for them in a workshop. Ricks directions always pay off and take you out of your usual habits and show you different sides to yourself! 100% worth it if you’re in Liverpool and want to practice your acting from beginner to professional!

   I have been attending Act Up North - Liverpool now on a weekly basis since the beginning of January. Being previously Theatre trained I was skeptical if the classes would be beneficial to myself - 18 weeks later and I have learnt so many different techniques and tools to be used to a more realistic natural performance in front of a camera for TV and Film. Working with Tutor's all being involved in the business as well it's nice to get a sense of realness and encouragement from them (Thank you Dean and Nathan) Being a member of Act Up North has also introduced me to a brilliant bunch of people whilst working with tutor's who are involved in the business as Actors themselves.. The motivation and encouragement that each class brings is exactly what is needed to drive you forward so, thank you Dean and Nathan. I've never looked forward to a Monday more than I do now!
