   Took Vacuum Cleaner into shop on the recommendation of my father. Immediate diagnosis given, repair cost and estimated collection date. Professional, friendly customer service and in fact going above and beyond, remembering I had said I have a dust allergy. Vacuum Cleaner is working like new again, with a year's warranty included. I would therefore highly recommend DJM Domestics; 5 Stars all day long ✨️.

   Overcharge for parts, push repair service when you only want the part. Tell you a very easy repair is extremely difficult! Tried to coerce me to pay £120 for a easy fix which cost £25 from GLM for the part! Highly recommend GLM who really helped and where honest!

   I wouldn't recommend this business. Went into the shop first to share my issues with my dryer. They didn't bother asking if it had been cleaned out properly. Said there was a call out fee to see it even though we weren't far at all. When they came they were late, not very friendly and turns out it just needed a good clean but still charged the call out fee of £35 plus a diagnosis fee! Felt robbed. Could've just mentioned/asked this to begin with.

   Dropped my vaccum off and the guy told me to ring back in 2 days so he can give estimate. I rang back 2 days later and he quoted me the price to fix it and told me the fault. I went ahead with he quote and he told me to go collect it 1 hr later. Excellent service I fully recommend this company.
