No Star *****URGENT ATTENTION REQUIRED**** No Star VERY DISAPPOINTING - BMW CUSTOMER SERVICE. My BMW GT335d M Sport xdrive - The rear integrated spoiler on this vehicle has started to corrode at 9 years old, BUT guess what, BMW won't cover it on the 12 year anti corrosion Warranty. So if the doors/bonnet/hood/fuel flap start to corrode then these aren't covered either, they are all the same fitment - right BMW or not? An absolute disgusting service from a top brand, customer service and satisfaction should be your upmost priority. The vehicle has only covered 39800 miles from new, 1 owner, FSH and loved............. I will keep posting bad reviews until this issue is resolved.

Went in for an estimate on my car, still awaiting quote, very good to get next day appointment no follow up Requested if accident claim team can deal with my non fault claim. Dash can footage given, rejected not enough evidence, shocking

Great service from Dan, top quality work and turned around in 2 weeks. Picked the car up looking great and mini-valet too. Can't fault really. Glad I chose Sytner and not the insurers standard monkeys.

My BMW went in for the EGR replacement (Cooler System) which was free. Alongside that they rang me to say they was doing the healthcheck of the car. There was a few things that needed to be dealt with but their prices are ridiculous. They charge £100 per hour. There was a slight cut in my passenger Tyre which they wanted to charge £300 to get changed and because the wipers were smeering a bit another £78. I told them leave the work as I can get it done cheaper at the local Garage where I can literally pay £50 for a brand new tyre. The man on the phone was shocked when I told them Garage prices and said if i was to get the work done from the local garage I cant bring my car back to them. Overall, they are very expensive they still made a bill of £480 and I dont know what for till this day, they charge double and triple prices, try avoiding company like these.

**Updated - 05/08/2022 Oldbury Main dealership repaired the wheel arch free of charge** job number - 229708 I'm writing this review because this is now the 2nd time one of my cars has been returned to me with either damage caused by the person working on the vehicle or car trim not being refitted as it should be. The first instance was eventually resolved where i was left a week without a car but enough is enough. The good - *Good comms when you are booked in, staff friendly enough, and work was completed when they said it would be. *Work completed and seems mechanically sound, video sent through of the car being inspected, etc. *mentioned to the staff i hadn't had the best experience previously but was assured allot of these were done and i had nothing to worry about. The bad - *Plastic wheel arch liner/cover now has a noticeable crack visible, water can now get behind the bumper to lights and sensors - wasn't present when the vehicle was dropped off. *Bumper tow eye cover was left loose and not fitted correctly *Sytner confirmed the bumper was not touched, upon further inspection another garage has shown me that the bumper is not clipped back into place in certain areas. Would i use them again? No i wouldn't and the only reason i gave them the benefit of the doubt was my original booking was with the Synger Oldbury and not the accident repair centre for a EGR recall. If you do have to take your car to them for recalls/bodywork etc make sure you have run a diagnostic on the car beforehand as evidence, sounds over the top but this saved me £500+ the first time round, take photos and check the car over fully when you collect the car!! Doesn't fill you with much confidence when you have to do the above just in case you need to prove you had no damage beforehand. I've provided pictures of the crack in the wheel arch lining, and this time round they do not want to know at all and state it was never touched, so this review may seem harsh but if you look after your vehicles and don't want the hassle, or incurring the cost to rectify the damage they have caused I'd look elsewhere when it comes to your car being looked after and returned in the same condition.

Can't speak about the work done by the mechanics, but the receptionist (50+) didn't look me in the eyes once, no thank you, no please; asked her to check about the car delay as I was waiting for 30 minutes already, no acknowledgement of my question, just dialed the phone and then relayed the message to me like a robot. Lady, don't care if I was there first thing at 08:00, if you didn't have your coffee it's not my fault. Learn politeness, respect and customer service. Or maybe it's because of my Transylvanian accent?
