   Steer made a lovely job of repairing our damaged car. Arran was fantastic, with open, friendly communication during the process from Stephanie. The car went back in for a few things to be finessed, and again Arran looked after us, following up a week or so later to check all was well. Recommended

   Steer, were great. They communicated with me well and tried hard to get my car ready so I could take it on holiday. The repair was of a very high standard. The only reason I was unhappy was that someone tried to remove the cover on the display screen. I wanted to keep it on, but when I got the car back it was obvious that it had been half peeled off, leaving unsightly bubbles. I had to take it off in the end. I'm not happy about this

   Rhiannon and Steph on reception were very helpful and informative throughout and keeping me up to date at the Oldbury Branch. They did an amazing job on the car, had to come back just for a little miss on the side mirror indicator light but easily missed and nothing major. I was local so was happy to come in. They were very apologetic and the service was pretty amazing. As soon as I got there I believe manager Ian, very helpful and went beyond I believe what I was expecting and I've worked in the service industry to know good service and he did give great service. Quick and easy. The women again on reception offered a coffee on entry and the 20mins I was there even offered a second. Smile on everyone's face and would definitely recommend. Very clean job on the car and I'm a bit of a perfectionist and my car was pretty battered from the crash so thank you all.

   Had my car repaired last week and was very impressed by the service. Started off with Steph calling me to arrange a convenient date & time to pickup my car and drop off a courtesy car - date/time arranged. I decided I would drop it in and collect the courtesy car as it was on my way to work. I then received a call from Aaron who gave me the full details of what works would be carried out and a time scale of when the vehicle would be ready. I was kept informed by Aaron, Ellis & Steph of how the repairs were progressing and the persons (Ollie & Ade) tasked with carrying out the works. I got a call the day before the date given for the completion of the works to say my car would be ready the following day and I would get another call the following day to arrange collection or delivery of my vehicle. Call received the next day and I decided I would collect the car. When I went to collect the vehicle I was greeted by Steph who had my car brought to the forecourt. I was then shown around the car by Aaron & Ollie to ensure I was happy with the works carried out. I can only say that the car looked immaculate and you would never be able to tell it had been involved in an accident. The finish was showroom. Cleaned & polished to perfection. The highest level of service and works I have ever experienced from the motor trade and would have no hesitation to recommend Steer for an unrivalled repair service. Thanks again to Steph, Aaron, Ellis, Ade and Ollie.

   My car had to go into the Steer group garage for repairs after an accident, which was not my fault. I found the staff especially the two female receptionists extremely helpful as they kept me informed and chased up any queries I had. I was also kept informed of when I could expect my car back which was kindly dropped off at a location convienent for me. I found the whole process straightforward and commend the staff and all the team on a brilliant service from start to finish. Keep up the good work.

   I would highly recommend these guys. I had the best customer service experience from them, the team are very professionals and the management team are incrediby helpful. The reception girls are very friend and understanding. I have twin toddler I had to take my car there for accident repair and they made everything so nice and simple.
