Brilliant service from Dean and Henry, called in the morning and Henry arrived same day to check our washing machine. Dean then picked up new machine and fitted it a day later and took away old machine. Fabulous service and very professional. Would highly recommend their services
Can’t thank Dean enough for saving our Christmas. Oven stopped heating and thanks to FB recommendation called Dean 4 days before Christmas. He said he would call round next day which he did and fixed our oven having the required part with him. Friendly and very professional, couldn’t believe the hours he was working (virtually all day) to try and get everyone’s cookers sorted before Christmas. Also very reasonable prices - charged less to repair than another company had quoted just to come out and diagnose the issue not do the repair. Also we are based outside the areas mentioned on website but no issue to call round. Can’t recommend highly enough.
I called Dean after our washing machine stopped working. He gave me some great over the phone advice free of charge. He also suggested which machine brand I should pick as a good replacement machine to ensure it would fit our integrated door without any problems. I thought this was a great and honest service, other companies may have charged a call out fee to tell me my machine could not be fixed. I would 100% recommend Dean.

He also suggested some good replacement machines if nothing worked. For me this is the kind of honest service I look for, other companies would have charged a call out fee to tell you your machine could not be fixed. I would 100% recommend Dean, we used him several years ago to fix our cooker and found him to be very reliable and honest on that occasion also.
Dean is brilliant! He saved me when I thought I could easily replace a handle on my dishwasher and in fact ending up breaking it. Really quick to respond to calls/ messages, great workmanship. He’s also come out today and fixed the lock on the door. Ignore the 1 star reviews, I’ve seen the WhatsApp messages and some random person is posing as fake accounts and leaving 1 star reviews and blackmailing dean. Trust in the hundreds of other 5 star reviews!
Our washing machine broke on Sunday night so I contacted Dean via the website early Monday morning and got a friendly call back within 10 minutes. He arrived as agreed the same day and made an immediate fix on our washing machine. Super friendly, prompt and professional. Could not ask for more. Cannot recommend him highly enough!

Excellent service from Dean. Our dishwasher failed two days before Christmas and a large family gathering. Dean responded very quickly and professionally. Despite it needing two new pumps, he fixed the dishwasher in one visit, at a fraction of the cost of a new dishwasher. Would highly recommend.
