Someone went to the back of my car at speed, while I was stationary in a red traffic light, causing all the bumper to crack, break off and lights to be detached. The repairs were arranged through my insurance, I am happy with the repairs on the rear bumper, however car was dropped off and some of the spare parts had been left inside the boot. 2 days later the tip of the exhaust randomly falls out whilst parked in a secure driveway. FMG are not making themselves responsible for this repair, despite them saying to me that when they reviewed damages in my car the exhaust was written down to be fixed, but then they decided it was wear and tear and left me with a broken exhaust and a £300 repair.
