   Contacted Andy regarding my washing machine. The bearings and drum had gone and it was an old machine.Andy was really honest and said it wasn't economical and money would be better placed towards a new machine!! I would contact again for any future machine issues as it was nice to know he is honest to customers and advised them even if not in his best interests - Thanks!

   I contacted Allied services when my Dyson vacuum cleaner stopped functioning. I had a little hope of it being repaired as it is an older model. Having spoken to Andy, he said he thought he would be able to repair it. He collected it the same day and diagnosed the fault. He contacted me to give me a price which I was very happy with and then he repaired and returned the machine. I am delighted with the result. Andy not only repaired it but cleaned it too! It looks as good as the day I bought it and functions brilliantly. I was delighted with the service I received from Andy and wouldn't hesitate in using Allied Services again or recommending them to others.

   Phoned a couple of local companies to ask about a code that was appearing on my dishwasher, they were only interested in telling me the call out charges, messaged Allied and he replied very quickly to say this was a simple fix, advised me to watch a you tube tutorial, and it would show me what to do and it would save me a few quid on calling anyone out, so I did and it did, hope to bump into him so I can buy that man a pint
