   A total shambles. I purchased this when I purchased my new car. Booked for a minor scratch to be done and after a month they booked me in. They turned up without notification and left a note to re book. A week later they arrived and never had correct paint so I had to rebook . A month later they cancelled the day before they should do the work. Back on phone to rebook yet again and finally they turned up and sorted to car out. Pretty good match and jobs done but I would not use them again .

   Technician arrived on time very courteous and professional. Checked over the area to be repaired, we agreed what was to be done. He then carried out the work very efficiently did not stop or waste time drinking tea or coffee, refusing my offers to make either for him. When he was finished he asked me to examine the work. Examination revealed a brilliant job of colour matching and filling in minor scratches. Before leaving he gave clear instructions on how long to leave the car before even just washing it, or polishing the car. In summation a job very well done by a professional young man. Who should be praised for his work and customer relationships. Highly recommend.

   Man that came to fix scuffed alloys communicated his arrival time and checked on previous day that appointment time was still okay. Very friendly and repair done to good standard alloys like new again! He checked I was happy with everything before leaving very efficient and professional. Arranged via my insurance company and I was happy with service provided.

   Do not use Dent Wizard UK. Image 1 is the damage Dent Wizard was supposed to fix. Image 2 shows how the scuff mark looked AFTER the so called 'Technician' had left. Compounded by the fact I waited 2 weeks for an appointment, which was supposed to be a morning appointment, the 'Technician' arrived at 1pm. I have made a complaint to Dent Wizard to repair the damage. So far they have ignored my calls and emails. Now I'll have no alternative but to make a complaint to the Police for Criminal Damage if they continue to ignore me.
