   Dad had someome unprovoked damage his windscreen in the raon thos morning with a hammer - his car insurance said windscreen not covered and excess was high. Its an imported car most windscreen repairs online extortionate and not able to fit same day . Some said.wait a few days for order .ETS were same day prompt efficient courteous kind professional and reasonable .Dad has lost his appetite due to stress hadnt eaten and refused to drink at home ..ETS made him a coffee and were very friendly and efficient ..it was a relief dad said we were lucky to have found them and that they had heating on inside and made him a drink so thank you and were reasonble too . Thanks a million

   It was an emergency when a burglar broke my car’s side door glass. For health reasons I had to get it sorted ASAP and didn’t want to miss my urgent appointment in the hospital which is 3 hour drive.    There's no way around it: brilliant service from very first phone call asking for a quotation to the point where job got done and accommodated my requests and availability! Tim is super professional, kept me informed with all the small bits and bops that were being done and why, even offered a cup of coffee while waiting for windscreen to be fitted. Small details that make a huge difference, on top of the quality of the service and affordable pricing for this market. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of any of their auto's screens or windows to be repaired or replaced!

   Absolute legend! Went to get window replaced and before I went down I always read the reviews and normally you don’t see all 5 star reviews literally all 5 stars! As I read most of the reviews I felt this was the right one. As soon as I got there Tim made me feel like a family member and not a customer, such a loyal, honest, genuine, kind, caring and so much more Individual. He done an absolute fantastic job in no time as I especially needed the windscreen fixed on same day as it was broken, more than highly recommend! More than 5 stars!
