Well I always go here. I used to go to other places before but after receiving an amazing reception staff and getting 6 months to pay back for my goods I pawned in on buy back is amazing. You get great offers for your goods either to sell or buy back, which is what every customer wants. So in respect to anywhere else. This place the cash shop beats any other shop by 100% the staff are polite and respectful. And you get great value for money on items they have in there shop... Best in town. Only go here now! Me and Jamie love this shop.
All ways friendly. Good customer service. Lovely amazing staff. Always feel comfortable here, wether it's buying something, using there buy back service or selling to them. I always feel like I'll get the best and reliable service here
Very poor customer service. The lady(she was looking asian) was shouting at me for asking a simple question and when I said that she doesn't meed to have such an attitude the manager next to her jumped into the conversation with rude arguments. I've been there many times before when where different staff and I've never been treated like that. After this experience I chose to start doing my business in another place and recommend to everyone I know the same.
Really big thank you to Yang and Andrea for excellent customer service. They gave great information on the watch I wanted to buy and would be really happy to recommend them and will definitely purchase from the cash shop again.

Visited Doncaster Cash Shop today lady I spoke with gave me the usual shpeal, gold not good this week shop has overheads I can only do this. They offered me £10.33 per gram and considering 9ct is way above £15 i thought I'd shop around, walked 2 mins to another shop was offered £13.50! I will definitely not be taking any gold here in future.
