   i can’t recommend these guys enough had an issue with a mk7 euro 4 transit took it over to them and they identified the problem pretty much straight away. also had a few issues with a transit custom euro 5 spoke to them on the phone straight to the point and helped me identify the problem. honest guys and very knowledgable wouldn’t hesitate contacting again. thanks.

   three years ago I had my engine repaired by them, after that time I had to replace the injectors, the catalytic converter and other things because they put the injectors together incorrectly later they told me it was a turbocharger, meaning they wanted to rip me off with a turbocharger because they installed the injectors incorrectly and it was blowing into the oil

   A+++ Where do I start with these guys. I have a Ford Transit Custom which had some engine issues, I called numerous engine builders but I wasn't getting that warm feeling in my belly...until I called these lads, instantly I knew these were the right guys for the job! They had a good idea what the problem was, I got the van recovered to their premises, only issue was the wait, there was a 3-4 week backlog. I was more than happy to wait as I felt sure the job was going to be done right. True to their word, 4 weeks later I had the van back, full engine rebuild, they found one severely cracked piston and two cracked pistons. The van was running sweet...until about a week later. The van kept stalling, mainly in the mornings, eventually it would start and be fine for the rest of the day. Clearly this wasn't safe for me or anybody else for that matter. I knew it was nothing to do with the engine so didn't call Van Engine Services (VES), boy do I wish I did! Long story short, I spent another £600 on an in-tank fuel pump and diesel fuel filter and was advised if that didn't fix the issue it must be the high pressure fuel pump and that will require replacing, another expense! Called VES for their advice as I wasn't sure a new high pressure pump would fix the issue, spoke with Daz and straight away he said "fuse box, bring the van in and we'll have a look at it". The next day dropped in to them and they fixed it while I waited (they know the issue and I'm not giving their secrets away), didn't want paying for the repair, I wasn't having that, I made sure they had a drink! They got me back on the road. The van hasn't missed a beat since, different gravy the lads down at VES, don't waste your time using anyone else, this is the only place you need, nothing is too much trouble and they have so much experience.

   Excellent service, huge thankyou Darren and the team. Rebuilt the engine on my 2015 Ford transit 2.2, guys did a really good job, really thorough. When you lift the bonnet you can see the engine has been put together neatly and not just thrown in. Cannot recommend these enough. Thankyou.

   Took my citroen relay to van engine services after years of problems with my engine. Once booked in all the problems were quickly found and a very reasonable price was agreed. 7 days later van ready and is running like a dream. I would highly recommend these lads to anybody needing a engine fixing. Over all 10 out of 10 I will never use anybody else now. Keep up the good work lads.

   I found this small company more knowledgeable than Ford main dealer! The staff have clearly worked together for a long time and know their stuff. It's hard to know who to trust in the automotive industry but these guys are legitimate and well worth the money. EDIT!!! Return custom years later... Just had to take my Mercedes 814 lorry to them for repair. Most HGV mechanics misdiagnosed my fault but they were spot on. They pulled the massive 4.2l engine apart and repaired it in a matter of hours! Absolutely flabbergasted, it's perfect again! There's no engine they're afraid of and their calm experienced mannor is so comforting to someone who doesn't understand engines but depends on them. Can't thank these guys enough, I really can't! Half of the people I asked to quote didn't want the job either. Hats off to this lot. I don't recommend people lightly. I have no hesitation to recommend this lot. Thank you!!!

   I am delighted with the service we received for rebuilding our Transit engine. The reconditioned engine market is notorious for rogues and worthless warranties, so finding Van Engine Services was a piece of such good luck! They collected our van gave me a fixed quote and rebuilt the engine all within a week. It now runs like a dream. I can't fault the service and would thoroughly recommend. Well done.
