   Mandy has been teaching my son via zoom for the past 12+ months. She has a friendly and engaging style and is able to quickly build a lasting rapport. My son really enjoys the lessons. His confidence has grown and his public speaking ability and willingness to stand up in front of an audience is much improved in the time since he has been working with Mandy. We highly recommend her.

   Emily Laws School of Acting has brought all-round theatre skills and performance confidence to my children. They learn scripts from Shakespeare to Annie to Dear Evan Hansen and everything in between. Results from LAMDA exams (Acting, Verse and Prose, Musical Theatre) are always highest grades, and most of all the children find it fun! Highly recommended.

   Mandy is an incredibly knowledgeable acting tutor who works flexibly around the needs and goals of each student. In my case, Mandy not only introduced me to acting theory and techniques to which I had no prior experience, but also motivated me to sit for LAMDA exams, step out of my comfort zone and believe that it’s never too late to act. In the end, I was successful in the exams I took and at the time this review is written I’ve been cast to perform the Sheriff at “Robin Hood” at my local theatre. I’m grateful I met and was trained in acting by Mandy.
