   Sadly I won't be using this service again. I paid £20 deposit to have my machine collected & looked at which I thought was fair enough. Getting it back, however was fun. I had to ask him numerous times, at one point, I thought I was never going to see it again, I even offered to collect the machine myself. To top it off, he wanted to charge me £20-25 to have it back. Eventually I got my machine back, I wasn't in at the time, because I didn't leave him any money for dropping it off, as my mom was about to ask him, he had stormed off, my mom found him rude.

   Excellent service! Damien came round and picked up the TV, replaced the LED Backlights with a newer, better replacement part and the TV picture looks better now than it did when we first got it. Really happy with the repair and the 12mth Warranty. Great Service.

   At first glance you see negative reviews among positive. But when I looked at the negative reviews I found it was people who either had too much time on their hands or were unreasonable. When I looked at the positive reviews I could see the service was genuine. So I took a chance and went with this company to fix my Moms T.V. .... If you are looking for a good service balanced with a genuine friendly personality then look no further. Damien takes pride in his work and his genuineness helps put you at ease. My mom's T.V was fixed in no time and he kept me informed. So thank you Damien and his team. I will be recommending you whenever the opportunity presents itself.

   I asked them to install an aerial they said it wasn't possible. Instead they charged me a fortune fitted digital boxes, which were rubbish and didn't work. Managed to get a 10.00 internal aerial from Argos that did the trick. They also informed me one of my tvs wasn't working and peddled me off with an old one out of the shop. Beware...beware.

   Nothing but good things to say about this company! Rang them on a sunday Afternoon & they were really accommodating! Came out to me the next day! A few people have said about the £10 call out fee but I know loads of companies that charge call out fees it’s never been an issue to me Damien explained after they had done the repairs the £10 would be deducted from my bill so don’t understand why some people are moaning about it! They did a great job sorting out my set, they clearly have the knowledge & experience! They have now done some work for my mom after I referred them to her! She is also really satisfied with them as whilst they were fixing hers the leant her a set to watch as she is elderly & stuck in her flat most of the time! Really nice, genuine guys!
