   Great service from start to finish from R B Porter. We have used them for a number of jobs and they always get back to you promptly with appointment times and quotes (unlike many other businesses). Very professional when they visit to complete the job. We recently had a Worcester Bosch boiler fitted. Everything was completed quickly and left spotless at the end by Darren and the other gentleman (sorry tgat o can't remember his name). We would definitely recommend.

   My normal plumber was booked up and unable to attend, but as my boiler is Worcester they suggest using their one off visit option. I called Worcester Bosch who reported they were not offering booking to customer not under warranty, as they were too busy! RB Porter (accredited by W-B) were able to get a engineer out to us the next day. Impressed with the service, and happy to recommend

   Have recently used RB Porter for the first time after being let down twice by the firm thag originally installed my boiler. We had their engineer Darren was excellent. He went above and beyond contacting the manufacturer of the heating control unit Salus,  because it have never worked properly and the company that installed the unit haven't wanted to know. I was very impressed that you didn't want payment on the day, sending the invoice separately and also sending the engineers report and taking a water test, something I've never had before. We would definitely recommend

   Have used this company for years as they are excellent. Superb service - Rhys in the office once manged to find a new part for an old boiler on ebay and therefore saved us the cost of a new boiler. This week Wayne and Darren moved our boiler from the bathroom to the garage - a big job that involved fitting lots of pipework, drilling holes and crawling in loft spaces. They worked solidly for two days, were thoroughly professional and left no mess. Cannot recommend this company enough.
