Just called in on the off chance to pick up an electrical contact and small piece of wire; the chap in the shop was extremely helpful. He searched the shop and came back with few bits we needed and kindly didn’t charge on this occasion, when we were more than willing to pay. Popped in to see if they had an integrated washing machine. Shaun and Carol really helpful. Ordered a brand new one, great value, £450 delivered, fitted along with cupboard door adjustment, also purchased a bulb and replaced that in my oven . Happy days, Would highly recommend.

Came out week before Xmas. A man and a lady. The man seemed more concerned with a crack i had in the wall! Stated it was repaired charged £70. Broke again within days. Tried to phone and eventually after several attempts got through was told someone would contact us within 24 hours to come round. That was a week ago and still waiting. Eventually took it somewhere else who has stated original repair was wrong total waste of £70. DO NOT USE
I had a problem with my washing machine on Thursday15th December, they came out the same day to fix it. It turned out I needed a new washing machine as this one was 15 years old and it would be too costly to repair. They sourced and fitted a new machine of the make I wanted at a great price on Friday 16th December 2022. I could not ask for a better service, I was dreading being without a washing machine over Christmas. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Thank you so much Sean & Karen your super stars
Saved the day and was the only company who had a specific washing machine part on Christmas eve and waited till I could get there even though they weren't supposed to be open!
