I met Colin after my Sony 65 inch tv failed. What an absolute legend , so knowledgeable , fixed the tv in no time at all at a fantastic price . If you have a tv fault this is the man , can not recommend Colin enough , many thanks my friend superb
Colin is such a genuine and efficient guy! His prices are unbeatable and he is very knowledgeable and fair. He repaired 2 TVs for us within a short time frame when I thought all hope was lost and he gave me some valuable advice. I 100% recommend him to anyone and will absolutely use him again (although hopefully I won’t need to)!
Brilliant service, problem diagnosed before I took the TV in. Easy to find location (don't follow Google Maps though!), great communication prior to dropping TV off. Colin is very knowledgeable and knows everything there is about TVs! He’s very reasonably priced and he completed the work quickly. Contacted on the Monday and was repaired by Thursday! Even gave me a replacement remote☺️ Colin is happy to give advice on what TV is best to buy too, he’s given me valuable knowledge for the future. I cannot recommend this company strongly enough. Although we didn't have our TV repaired due to cost, it was diagnosed quickly. We bought a new one and when Colin came to collect our old TV he gave up his time to help set up the new one. He seems very genuine, honest, willing to help and charges fair and reasonable prices.
My TV screen randomly developed a problem out of nowhere and it looked to be pretty serious as, many suggested online it was done for and I would need to get a new TV. I contacted Colin and he let me know it could definitely be repaired and how much it would cost. I was happy with the price and he came and picked up the TV and then dropped it back off once it was repaired. He's also offered to repair an older one I'm having problems with for free. I'm extremely happy with the service and thankfully, I didn't have to save up to buy a new TV. Highly recommended!

I’m not too sure I can put into words how nice the guy is at this place. I spent 20 mins on the phone after 5pm, asking questions about my 7/8 year old TV and the guy was a true gent! He literally took the time to talk to me like a person and give me more advice than I even knew I needed. He literally went out of his way the end of his day to help someone without getting anything in return. I live in Hertfordshire but I will travel up to Telford to to get my TV fixed with that kind of quality service. In an age where customer service is DEAD, it’s a breath of fresh air to know that this one place in the whole country that still delivers the true meaning of EXCELLENT customer service.. BRAVO my friend!
When my TV developed a picture fault I was resigned to the fact that I was going to have to spend big to get a replacement. Deciding to have a quick search to see if modern TVs can be repaired I found GMC. A quick call and chat with Colin I was surprised and pleased with his advice. He picked up my TV and safe in the knowledge that if it couldn’t be fixed the worst I’d be out of pocket would be £20. Colin worked with determination and commitment and kept me updated on progress and even when all looked to be in vain he refused to give up on it. I now have my TV back in full working order and at a reasonable cost. The customer focus that this man shows is second to none. If you think that the only place for your tv when a fault appears is the tip and ultimately landfill give GMC a call you won’t get better advice and service and you could even save an unnecessary cost to the environment by skipping it. Thank you Colin I admire your determination, skill, service ethics and down right tenacity to not give up when it looked like all was lost. Great work.
