   They had to have my car due to having a bump. The staff on reception were very friendly, polite and helpful. They kept me up to date on how things were progressing with my car. Grace who delivered the courtesy car and then delivered my car once it was done and collected the courtesy car, was friendly, polite and checked the cars over thoroughly. She also explained how things worked with the courtesy car which I appreciated as it was my first time having one. I would definitely recommend them as they are thorough and helpful and I was impressed with every bit, from the staff I spoke with, to Grace and to the people who fixed my car.

   Absolutely amazing. Jason who brought my car back was such a lovely man very polite and very happy. I highly recommend this centre they keep you informed with everything and very nice people on other end of phone. The lady who picked up my car up her name is Grace was also very lovely.    My car was reversed into and was in a terrible state. MG Accident repair centre collected my car the day after promptly. They kept me updated regularly and were always incredibly polite, courteous and informative whenever I called. They informed me of delays and called me when my car was ready and arranged a suitable time to deliver my car back to me. It was delivered by a lovely lady named GRACE who was professional and polite enabling a seamless handover. My car came back perfect! You wouldn't know it had ever been in a accident. Wonderful 5 star service from start to finish!

   Jason returned my vehicle and he was very polite, professional and easy to get support from when asking questions about my car. MG fixed my motability vehicle for me within three weeks and we’re happy to provide me updates regularly on the progress of my repair.    Was recommended to MG by a local smart repair business who were unfortunately unable to get a paint match on a new Ford colour. I contacted Denver at MG who asked me to provide pictures of the damage to the vehicle. He got back to me the same day with a quote and available date for the work to be carried out. The business premises are extremely smart and the staff very friendly and professional. The work was carried out over 2 days and the finished result was nothing short of a miracle! The colour match and the repair was flawless. Plus a full valet inside and out. I can’t rate Denver and his team more highly. Exceptional customer service and workmanship. Can highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   After purchasing a car for our daughter, we found that it had had poor repair job done by the previous owner. MG did a great job at tidying up the mess and sorting out the repair properly, repainting the panel, and even blending into the bumper so it looked better. The car was cleaned and valeted prior to me collecting. An excellent job all round.

   Excellent quality of work . Following an accident I had the passenger side doors were dented quite a lot - repaired by MG absolutely amazing. Resprayed to exact colour match too. Valeted prior to collection to excellent standard. Staff friendly and helpful nothing too much trouble.

   Absolute excellent service from start to finish. After having trouble with another company, MG stepped in and the owner Denver took complete control of the repairs needed and also dealing with the insurance company. Previous company quote was way too high and wanted to right the car off. We would also like to thank all the staff at MG for their efforts and support. Collected the car today and it's absolutely first class inside and out. I would highly recommend MG Accident to everyone who is in need of repairs.

   Great service, I had a nightmare with the insurance company but M&G were on my side all the way, they pulled out all the stops to ensure our Motorhome was fixed in time for our holiday. Megan and Grace are an absolute delight to deal with. The repairs to the vehicle were fantastic, they even collected and delivered from/to my door. Great company would highly recommend.
