Great shop for jewellery repairs. My gold chain broke but they got it fixed for an affordable price and in only 20 minutes! Staff were lovely so would 100% recommend!
My daughter had her ears pierced here and the staff were so quick and kind. After service was also excellent. I would highly recommend this shop for piercing.
I have purchased many items of jewellery from here over several years and have always received excellent service. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly five star service, whether you spend £10 Or £100.
I went in to ask a question about some jewellery I owned and also to browse their products. As I left the staff started talking and laughing when covering their mouths. I'm not sure whether they were talking about me but it certainly felt this way. I will not be returning and I will not be purchasing from this store. Very unprofessional.

This is a great jewellery shop. They have a very large stock and variety of items. If they haven't got it it's not available anywhere. Very helpful staff who give you a wonderful shopping experience.
Staff very helpful, will order any item if not in stock, beautiful stock, pre owned items good value. Always go there when a new watch battery is needed to be fitted
Lovely shop, the staff are friendly helpful nothing is too much trouble, I go there whenever I need something special, or a repair or watch battery .
I got my upper lobes pierced here last Wednesday, I was a little nervous but the two ladies there were lovely, and reassured me. I would definitely go again :)
