He was totally transparent in diagnosing the issue with my washing machine, supportive of my purchase of a new one, and beyond expert in installing it.    Extremely happy with this service. Called on Friday and they came out on Monday at the time they said they would. The maintenance a was so friendly and got the job done very fast, he even cleaned up any mess he made at the end. Would 1000% recommend. Cheap and cheerfully saved me so much money on buying a whole new washing machine. THANK YOU!!!

   Contacted Pelsall Domestic Repairs, spoke to Mike who does the dishwasher repairs. We were advised our dishwasher was not repairable and he told us which model to purchase for replacement of the faulty one. We purchased replacement on line and called Mike when it was delivered for him to come to fit it. He gave us quick, efficient, and polite service and took the old one away. Would not hesitate to use them again.

   Very quick response after leaving a message to say that my washer was no longer spinning at the end of the cycle. Simon rang me back within two hours and we arranged for a visit the next day to give me a quote for the job, as I am an elderly lady. Simon was punctual and very courteous and quickly sorted the problem, for which he gave me a quote and explanation with no pressure. I accepted the quote and he completed the repair job immediately, so I am a very happy and satisfied customer and would definite recommend this Company.

   Phoned to ask about repairs as I was let down by another company and he came out the next day and tumble dryer was up and running in less than half an hourly luckily he had the required part on his van. Cheaper than a bigger company with parts included would 100% recommend.

   It is unusual these days to find a tradesman, who is competent, reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable- we found him this week. Our washer/dryer broke down after 2 years of hard work (from the other half), blew the fuses etc. My initial thought was to purchase a new one, however contacted Simon at 9 am he arrived at 11.30 diagnosed the issue ( broken pump) and repaired by 1 pm- amazing !! Total cost £80 saving me at least £400 on new machine- wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend to friends and family !!!!
