Isabel was amazing. She made choosing and advice effortless. Her knowledge is excellent and her customer service skills are amazing. Great store, large, clean well organized.
I bought a bracelet today - a gift, and whilst I was paying the assistant packaged the item sealing it. I had to ask if it was put in a box - was told yes but I have no idea what it looks like. The Pandora bag looks cheap and nasty with just a sticker to seal. Nothing like the presentation I have had before. Disappointing!
Emily, you are simply amazing. I went in to exchange a ring that my dad bought me, unfortunately he has since passed away and the ring was too tight. I have never received such amazing customer service from anybody as amazing as Emily. Thank you endlessly xx
Went to the Redditch branch in search of charms related to Harry Styles, couldn’t initially find what I wanted but was served by a lovely girl called Millie, who turned out to be a harry fan and knew exactly what to recommend. Was so helpful. Went above and beyond to find me what I wanted. Would 100% recommend the branch because of this. Very happy with what she found me.
Staff are rude! Look down their noses at you!! Only went in to pick up an order was in there 20mins basically ignored while they chit chatted with the men in there!!
I shopped at your original Pandora store on Monday 5th December and had a negative experience. There was 1 young girl serving and a queue of people, the girl looked under pressure as she received no help from her colleague in the shop. The staff member was walking in and out of a room which i assume to be a hub or an office, without acknowledging her struggling staff member or the customers. Im disappointed and frustrated with the level of service.
Disappointed by the lack of customer service, more or less snubbed by the staff. Three staff members helping one customer. Didn't seem daunted when I left to have a look at the jeweller's apposite their shop.
Picked up an item for a gift click and collect. Nicely packaged and friendly staff.
First time experience of buying a Pandora bracelet for daughters birthday. Staff extremely helpful, measured her wrist & offered me promotion deal 2 charms & bracelet for £99!!! Bought extra charms also.
