A terrible experience. My husband ordered Cooper Pedy Opals for my Christmas gift. It was a good job I checked what was sent. No opals. Instead nothing like what we ordered. Beads from China and a DVD. Not what we ordered. We had zero explaination as to where the opal beads are.
Company refuses to issue refund for an unworn, fully-packaged ring received by their New York office July 17. Fully one month later, they're ignoring my demands for a refund. As of Aug. 17, I still don't have my money back. Deceptive practices; they shouldn't be allowed to do business in the U.S.
After all the hype I finally bought a piece of white gold with diamonds for £107. Supposedly this was half the price of what the ring was worth so I took it to a jewellers ..they offered me £25 and told me the diamonds were such a poor quality only the gold was worth the pennies...cancelled my next order and will be sending the junk piece of tat back on Monday. Uselessness
