   Ella pierced my daughter’s ears yesterday & we were so impressed with the whole process. We were greeted by incredibly friendly staff, then Ella took us through to a gorgeous and spacious private room to actually do the piercings. There was a wide range of earrings to choose from and Ella explained everything she was doing at every stage of the process. Ella spent quite some time ensuring the marker pen dot was in the correct place and she made sure my daughter was completely happy with the positioning before she actually did the piercings. Everything felt exceptionally clean and hygiene was clearly of paramount importance. Aftercare was clearly explained and we left with written instructions and a bottle of cleansing solution. Thank you Ella, we can’t recommend you enough.

We chatted about the importance of local family businesses in the town and equally, of offering a high standard of service to customers. Support local businesses like Cupitts. They need your custom.
