Went into K Bassam for a replacement watch battery and I was really impressed with Phil & Mark’s great customer service. You can see the repairs being done whilst you wait. It’s a lovely traditional jewellers with lots of unusual pieces in their cabinets.
A gem of a shop! Pun intended. Fantastic, good old fashioned personal service from Mark and Phil at Bromsgrove. We have used the shop for minor jewellery repairs and watch batteries for a number of years and could not fault the quality of service and cost. So we decided to ask them for an estimate to repair and replace two diamonds in two rings that are of huge sentimental value to my husband and I. We had been in two minds to get scrap value and replace them with a new model. But with the guidance and support of these giants we had them repaired at a reasonable cost and we are absolutely delighted with the outcome. We cannot thank Bassam enough. The rings have bought us so much joy. Thank you.
Went into K Bassam Jewellers today to get my St Christopher repaired. I didn't hold out much hope that this would be able to be done due to the nature of the fault. However Phil said he could try for me. Within the hour Phil called me to say he had done it, have to say it is amazing! He has done a really good job and given me back a St Christopher that is very special to me, but I think Phil understood this. Thank you Phil and K Bassam you are an amazing jewellers!
I took in my engagement ring to get resized on a Saturday due it being to large and not being able to wear it since my partner proposed to me that Monday. Mark and Phil were both amazing! such lovely and helpful people. They walked me through what they would do and quoted me the job being done Tuesday which we were happy with but within 2 hours of leaving I got a call to say the job had been finished as they couldn't see me go another day without being able to wear my ring. I was amazed they did this for me and I couldn't recommend them more.
I was clumsy and chipped and broke my opal in half, thankfully the team, especially Mark at K Bassam jewellers were able to speedily help. I had a new stone shaped from the museum in Brisbane where my husband brought my opal, and the team were then able to re set and roduim plate my ring to make it as good as new. So happy with the service and will definitely be in touch once I have decided on what to do with my 2 broken opal pieces.
My Mum and I took my Nan’s rings to be resized that we had inherited after she sadly passed away. The service was excellent. We were made to feel comfortable and all our questions were answered. We have now collected our rings which have been beautifully resized and restored. I would highly recommend this jewellers!
Took my white gold wishbone style wedding ring in today to be taken down a size and also had it rhodium plated along with my engagement ring, all this done in less than two hours whilst we went for a drink and a bite to eat on the high street. Absolutely thrilled with them, they look better than new and now my wedding ring fits snuggly and more comfortable. Fantastic customer service and will definitely visit again
I would highly recommend K Bassam Jewellery, I went in to request a size change and a special addition to my mother’s engagement ring for my now wife. They suggested raising the front diamond which I loved the idea of. They performed a beautiful modification and I would highly recommend their work.
