Very snooty as though asking for battery replacement was similar to asking them to strip down and run down high street!! Avoid and go to Michael Maurice.
Great shop in Stourbridge, nothing is to much trouble, all the staff are very helpful, Bakers are my favourite choice when buying jewellery!
I took my watch in to the store for a battery replacement. The staff were very professional and polite but had to send the watch away. The report back was a £900 service which I chose to get a second opinion on, good job since I got a battery replacement for £50 and the watch is fine.
The wife has bought few things she liked in the past few years .she being Stourbridge born and bred she has bought many things that caught her eyes and my pocket .

Watch battery changed in minutes and I was on way again. Informed it has a 12 months warranty also. Very smooth service with a smile . Thank you.
Friendly staff but went to have my battery changed in my Armani watch which cost me £8 didn't even last 6 month's then took it back and they couldn't get the back off then basically said can't do it even though it was them that changed it last time.
