Fantastic company they were quick with the repairs to my vehicle and James kept me updated while it was being repaired, they picked up the vehicle and dropped it off. The repairs are fantastic, the paint work, bonnet ,grill, headlight and number plate was all replaced brilliant work you couldn't notice anything had been done.

Customer service horrendous Lots of times my completion was pushed back due to them not assessing the vehicle properly so missed that extra parts needed vehicle had to go to main dealer on more than one occasion before the repair was completed due to the staff not having the right skill set or equipment Broken promises on when my van will be delivered no communication and Phil at the Wolverhampton branch is the rudest man I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with I have still not got my van back so can't comment on repairs yet but don't hold much hope
