   Been having problems with my ignition barrel and key fobs for my Mercedes Vito and found this company online. Drove up today and was welcomed by Matt,straight away he came to my vehicle and started removing the part to work on, within an hour part was fixed, along with central locking repaired and all like brand new.    Called Matt when I had a problem with my EIS ignition on my W221 S Class Matt diagnosed what he thought the issue was on the phone and was bang on correct. I travelled up to the West Midlands to see him and he resolved the issue in less than an hour - something that I was being quoted 5 days+ via the post. Can't recommend Matt enough - he really knows his stuff - swift and friendly service. My new go to contact for anything Mercedes electrical related.

   .Amazing service - couldn't believe just how helpful Matt was on a very difficult afternoon. I was stranded in a shopping park with a car that was totally 'dead'. My breakdown company arrived after an hour with low loader - couldn't find out what the problem was and the low loader could not cope with the removal from the carpark due to the proximity to other cars. Decided to phone this company which I had used a couple of years ago who specialise in Mercs. So helpful they drove from Birmingham to Coventry and did the most amazing things in the small space they had to work - steering wheel and column - dash all had to be taken out and reassembled. I felt totally confident that they knew exactly what was wrong - it was a very difficult situation but they got me up and running again even though it took a lot of time - can't recommend them highly enough. Superb customer service and specialist knowledge. Follow up brilliant as they sent an email confirming my situation in the car park as I had overstayed the time allowed - for use to clear the parking penalty I have incurred!.
