   Took my frenchie boy in for a nail trim he hates his paws being touched unlike our female one I said that when making rhe appointment and they said to pick a day 2 of them were there one to keep him calm while his nails were trimmed by the second one although he got pretty upset they def made the process a lot easier amd great price def will be using them again great staff and shop

   Groom room is another level Took my dogs to get their nails done and tell them ones a rescue and been attacked before but good with people they corner him and try throwing towels leaving him even more traumatized and scared anytime we go near the shop now having to take him to vets due to their unprofessional behaviour couldn't even give a 1 star rating

   I took my 11 month old german shepherd to the groomers for the first time and the staff there were absolutely fantastic, the same can be said for all the staff at this branch. I could tell from the start that they genuinely care about the animals as my dog won't even let us touch her paws to trim her nails however the groomers had no issues whatsoever. I'll definitely be bringing her back.

   Usually go down to this store for convenience and in the past have been helpful but today certainly not. Went in with my pooch after walk as I usually do to get his food and my other dogs food who as at home. Thought I had change with me but ended up only had lose chance and a £2coin. Asked if they would be able to change so could get a trolley (Little difficult with a big dog and carrying big bag of food). Got told that they could not go in the till and it was suggested that I went to another store to change it then come back.....I wasn't taking the dog back to the car to lock him in it while I go get change to use your store! How about change this policy and allow your staff to do something small to help! Bought less as a result.

   We've been a couple of times and the staff seem more inclined to chat with each other than help customers. There's a good range of product, however just because you bought something there once or twice doesn't necessarily mean they will have it the next time. It's easier to buy online and more affordable if you shop around.
