   After buying raw food from somwhere else ( will Not name), that made my dog and five others poorly, I came here further costs more, however the quality is So much better 20 tubes for 20 pounds and it is so much better for her. Treats are well priced too!

   Refund received , but this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in 7 years of feeding my dogs raw food. I’ve ordered from many small independent raw suppliers, and every single one delivered excellent service. Raw and Paw was the total opposite confusing, dishonest, and unprofessional from start to finish. I placed my order on a Monday morning, well before their 4PM cutoff “orders have to be in the day before the delivery day”. Their website clearly states nationwide delivery, so I expected delivery the next day. Instead, I spent days chasing updates calling, emailing, texting and was met with complete silence or empty promises of “I’ll call you back,” none of which ever happened. Eventually, I was told by (what I believe to be) the owner’s sister that my order was processed by the Doncaster branch, and that I should call them. I did and they told me “we don’t deliver to London.” That’s despite the website stating otherwise. Their own staff clearly have no idea what the actual delivery policy is, and the left hand clearly doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. I was finally told it would be delivered by DPD on Friday — but when I checked directly with DPD, they confirmed they have no parcel under my name and address . When I confronted the owner about this, instead of taking responsibility, he got rude and hung up on me. I only received a refund after threatening a chargeback and reporting them to Trading Standards. That’s not customer service — that’s damage control after being called out. This entire experience was an absolute shambles. If you care about reliability, communication, and your pets, do yourself a favour and stay far away from Raw and Paw. This business is a mess and a disgrace to the genuinely good small pet suppliers out there.

   First visit to this shop and it defiantly wont be my last. Good friendly staff that went that extra mile , prices are very reasonable . I needed a thicker dog bed for my senior dog and they adapted the one i chose to suit perfectly. Thank you Raw & Paw.

   This place is ideal as it's at the top of my road, staff are always helpful and chatty. Prices are decent and they have everything you would need in a raw pet store I've purchased lots of dog food and beds due to fair prices. Highly recommended.

   Visited this shop today and was very impressed. Thinking of a raw foot diet for our cocker spaniel puppy and the staff are very knowledgeable and explain things easily and clearly. Very friendly staff. The shop is filled with good selection of raw foods and commercial pet foods. Loads of toys, treats, bedding and other essential supplies for your pets. Even picked up some parrot food and treats for our conure parrot. Will definitely be back and start give the raw diet a try.
