Great product, but the marketing strategy is horrible, they make it so hard to cancel the subscription. I had no idea I was signing up for such frequent boxes.

Weigh your pouches!! We’ve had plenty underweight meaning our dog was getting fed less than what he needed. We trusted Butternuts guidance on what he should be getting, we assumed they’d send the correct amount but unfortunately the weight includes the packaging and they’re fine with that as long as it’s within the legal requirement for them. They’re not bothered if your dog is really getting the correct amount. It’s a shame as the company seems to take pride on dogs health. They did recommend we up his amount of course meaning more out of us. They sent free pouches and applied a discount but it’s still not good enough for me as they’re not going to fix the main issue on portions being underweight.
I'm very impressed. i wish i changed over sooner! my dog is so much happier in general i see such a difference in him, he absolutely loves every meal and has lost weight. He has so much more energy and is generally a happier dog. I'd recommend this to every dog owner. It's the best thing I've ever done for mine.
Came with delivery there, canteen and toilets very clean, seen little dog in canteen, very friendly place for dogs

Bought this food for the dog for 2 years, loved it so much I decided to work here and i still get the dog it 1.5yrs in. Knowing what goes into the food and the way its made only backs up why I bought it in the first place. Top quality food. On the back of that also a great place to work. They care as much about staff as they do the dogs we feed. Give it a try. Honestly you won't be disappointed.

I am a relatively new employee at butternut box. So I have limited experience of the final product and the delivery of said products, but as an employee, ive found it to be one of the most helpful, respectful and enjoyable jobs ive ever had. Everyone from company owners to the newest worker to be so grateful for my time spent working their. Everyone helps out in whatever area is needed given any situation. Even staff you have never spoken to or met, thank you personally for the help and support you and all have given . Its gives you a nice warm, satisfying feeling inside...its just good for the soul. Im shaw that the care and attention given by all staff at butternut box , will shine through the quality of products provided throughout the company.
