Had an issue with a ring that was a gift. Manager and staff listened, explained the policy and procedure, followed by the Good Faith resolution. Manager made a decision to replace FOC. in a difficult world at times, it was great to have such a sensible conversation. This branch was great as too were all the team. Thank you, I'm very grateful

Bought a lovely Birthday piece of silver for myself....staff were perfect. I told the lovely young lady I was replacing a chain that had broken...she then told me who to go to to repair it...(she didn't have to!!!)...bless her!!!!

They have a notice in the shop saying all their gold and silver is responsible sourced, when I asked the manager what responsible sourced means she hadn't got a clue
Location of shop is in great distance to all car parks. The Store is clean and well presented. On my visit, the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Went I to the shop in kiddie and the staff, Megan and Debbie were great, very friendly, helpful, I bought a gold chain, limited edition,and a diamond heart pendant for my daughter, they really are great ,I do love going I to a shop, not knowing wat to get and staff solve the problem, plus have a laugh as well, I shall be back ,very soon thank guys .
