   DO NOT DO NOT buy anything from this company. My husband bought me a ring at the end of August and now two months later four stones have dropped out. My husband contacted the company who have told him there is only a 30 day returns guarantee and that they will not replace, repair or refund the item. How can any company only offer a 30 day warranty. I would hate anyone to have the same experience as we have had. Poor quality product, poor customer service. As previously said DO NOT BUY anything from this company

   Purchased a gold on silver chain through eBay and all was good, so I purchased another longer one. Had the longer one 4 weeks when the spring mechanism broke on the clasp. They accepted a return and replaced the chain. 5 weeks later, the same thing happens to the replacement chain but because they have a 30 days return policy, will not refund. Said they would give me a discount if I wanted to buy another, which I certainly won't after having 2 break in such a short time. Disgraceful service, clearly the clasps are inferior but they're still selling them. Tried eBay and Paypal but other than getting outside advice, there's nothing I can do about it. I'll certainly be avoiding this company and not recommending them to anyone.

   idk why it has so many bad reviews. i bought a sterling silver chain i was told would weigh 83 grams. i recieved it in 2 days and it weighed more than i was told by 15 grams. i took it to 2 diffrent jewlers to get it verefied and both said it was real solid sterling silver. i think the bad reviews are from people buying 10 pound earings expecting them to last forever or rival shops.

   I ordered on eBay fast delivery and nice little ring, bit sharp on the inside but not bothering me, everything seems fine with it. Am happy with it so far, but I only had it a few days now. I hope it is real sliver! after reading all the reviews, I just don't want it to go black/green.

   Purchased two items from this oldenglishjewellers and one item was supposed to be a 9ct yellow solid gold cross. I will add photos here so you can see for yourself the piece of fake tat i was sent in the post. Will add a picture of the sellers item as listed online so you will clearly see the item i received without any hallmarks looks absolutely nothing like how the seller describes the item. Oldenglishjewellers claim every item is inspected before being dispatched, my claim is they inspected it under a birthday candle in the pitch black. AVOID this place and the low Google Review speaks for itself. Wish i saw this first before purchasing.

   I didn't want to give them any stars. Wish I could of found the reviews before I ordered I just went on the fact they sold on Amazon unless they are bogus and going under the name on amazon. Ordered some earrings for a christmas present what a let down when they didn't turn up. I rang them emailed them left messages no reply what do ever. I got a refund from PayPal because I'd paid through them but it didn't change the fact my friend didn't get a christmas present

   I purchased a gold chain, made my neck rash up ( allergic reaction ) never happened before with 9ct gold, sent item back through special delivery by 1pm, next day the parcel was signed for but they say they haven't got it, and now disputing through etsy with getting the money back, 3 weeks later and still no refund, I would avoid this company. DO NOT Use

   The worst purchase ever. I ordered a gold chain and St Christopher for a Christmas present.....the chain was as fine as a hair, you could put the St Christopher in your eye and not notice it. I couldn’t possibly gift it. I answered the review on EBay with no response. A complete waste of nearly £90 ! I will NEVER buy jewellery online again....Buyer Beware !!!

   I am absolutely appalled with this company, ordered a gold bracelet, but looking at the comments it’s not gonna be any good quality anyway, but I’ve ordered 1 week ago, I get it’s Christmas but I’ve had absolutely NO confirmation and I’ve tried emailing can’t email tried calling no answer and now just going to voice mail, I have disputed this with my bank and you will be getting investigated !!

   AVOID!!!! Unprofessional seller! Jewellery of bad quality, they don’t have knowledge about rules for shipping, and I get no answers from their customer service. Result: I’ve got jewellery of bad quality and a huge fine from the governement because the seller doesn’t do their job. Don’t buy anything from this company!
