Always found the staff in the kidderminster Pandora very nice and helpful, but today I was so impressed amazing customer service.
Visited this business to buy charms that were not available elsewhere I phoned before arriving and the staff set them aside for me, completely professional and courteous staff, very knowledgeable and informative. Highly trained and not pushy to sell other products, the staff here were amazing. Very polite and made time for us, we felt very valued, we only went for 3 items but ended up buying 6 items I usually visit stores nearer my home, it's around 40 miles to this store but due to the high level of customer service I will be using this store again and again. Very very clean and immaculate store, highly professional staff that really value customers. The management should be proud of the staff. Highly recommend this store.
well had a lovely visit to your Kidderminster store and we were served by lovely lady called Sam.She was very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much bother and she appeared to be very confident in knowing her job and how best to assist me with my purchase and payment. So a enjoyable visit.
